Mr. Mir Amir Ali

About Mr. Mir Amir Ali
Now serving as the Design Director for ZB Group’s Smart City franchise, Mr. Amir’s career began with the Royal Australian Air Force Reserves. He later joined Australian Air services, Australia’s ANSP, where he earned more than 50 certifications in CNS and worked as the Assistant Technical Director of the Australian FIR, overseeing major airspace operations time to time.
His design work for Jeddah Airport reflects his wide-ranging expertise. At ZB Group, Mr. Amir continues to focus on infrastructure and smart city initiatives, playing a vital role in the group’s development projects.
Mr. Mir Kashif Ali

About Mr. Mir Kashif Ali
Mir Kashif Ali, an experienced Engineering professional with extensive expertise in the construction industry. Mr. Ali holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering, and a Master’s degree in Engineering with a specialization in Construction Management. He is a licensed engineer with the Dubai Municipality, authorized to oversee unlimited high-rise building projects.
With over 14 years of dedicated service as a valued member of ZB Construction, Mr. Ali currently leads a series of ZB Projects across the Middle East and Africa. His impressive portfolio includes a diverse range of projects, from residential and commercial buildings to hotels, labor accommodations, industrial projects, and warehouse flour mills. His commitment to excellence and innovative approach has significantly contributed to the successful delivery of numerous high-profile projects.
Mr. Ali’s leadership and technical acumen make him a key figure in the industry, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in every endeavor.
Mr. Prabhakar Radhakrisnan

About Mr. Prabhakar Radhakrisnan
With a MBA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Madras University, Mr. Prabhakar brings more than 26 years of professional experience in India and the UAE. His career spans operational roles spanning construction project for educational institutions, industrial enterprises, residential estates, and commercial facilities.
Throughout his 18 years of expertise in UAE, he is seen to have successfully delivered complex projects across diverse sectors of the building and construction landscape.
Mr . Mohammed Siraj

About Mr. Mohammed Siraj
Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Mr. Siraj has developed comprehensive expertise through roles ranging from Site Engineer to Project Engineer. Prior to 2004, he worked briefly in India before joining a leading organization in UAE, under JAFZA – DP World as an Assistant Resident Engineer. His portfolio includes notable assignments in Container Terminals 1 & 2, Tanker Berth 9, and Quay Wall Maintenance, reflecting his strong foundation in maritime and port infrastructure management.
